Role: Preliminary screening, categorization and pre-treatment of raw materials (bamboo).

Main Tasks: Screening bamboo material, eliminating defective parts (such as insect eyes, cracks, mold, etc.). Classify the bamboo according to specifications such as diameter, length, thickness, etc.

Output: Bamboo pieces that meet the standard and go to the next process.

Role: High-temperature cooking or carbonization of bamboo material to improve the stability and durability of bamboo material.

Specific tasks: Remove sugar and starch from bamboo to prevent insect damage. Changing the color of bamboo through cooking or carbonization (e.g. dark carbonization treatment) and improving corrosion resistance. Reduce the internal stress of bamboo to prevent deformation at a later stage.

Role: Apply glue on the surface of bamboo sheet to prepare for sheet molding.

Main task: Apply environmentally friendly glue (e.g. urea-formaldehyde resin glue or phenol-formaldehyde resin glue) evenly on the surface of bamboo sheets.

Ensure that the glue is evenly spread and firmly bonded.

Panel molding: The treated bamboo is cut, spliced and glued to form bamboo panel blanks. The slabs are subjected to high temperature and pressure by hot pressing process.

Task: Enhance the hardness and density of the boards to ensure the durability and resistance to deformation of the floor.

Surface Treatment: Sanding, grinding, polishing and other fine processing on the surface of the boards. Applying primer, top coat or UV coating.

Task: Ensure the surface of the board is flat and smooth. Enhance the abrasion resistance, waterproof and aesthetics of the flooring.

Finishing and grooving: Precise processing of bamboo flooring, including grooving and tongue and groove, to form a standing or locking structure.

Task: To facilitate installation. Ensure that the processed flooring has accurate dimensions and fits well at the interface, facilitating seamless joints when laying.

Role: Store packaged finished flooring awaiting shipment.

Main Tasks: Categorize and store flooring according to specifications. Keep the warehouse dry and ventilated to avoid moisture or sun exposure of the flooring.
