The Bamboo Stable Board is crafted from premium 3-5-year-old Moso bamboo. The production process involves cutting, splitting, steaming, carbonization, adhesive application, and high-pressure hot pressing to create reconstituted bamboo material. The bamboo undergoes high-temperature steaming (12 hours) and high-pressure carbonization to completely remove sugars, insect eggs, and starches, ensuring resistance to pests and decay while preserving its natural color and texture. An environmentally friendly Finnish Dynea adhesive is used to bond the material, resulting in a dense, gap-free board with high strength and eco-conscious properties.
